拆卸：

    1、關閉出口閥，打開放水塞和排氣塞以排空水（shuǐ）泵中的水；

    2、拆除（chú）泵上（shàng）所有（yǒu）輔助管路；

    3、拆除聯軸（zhóu）器防護罩；

    4、鬆開並拆（chāi）下密封蓋；

    5、鬆開法蘭螺釘，用起蓋螺釘將泵體和泵蓋分開，用起重機吊（diào）起泵蓋；

    6、軸承為稀油潤滑的，放掉稀油；

    7、拆下軸承體和軸承托架之間的連接螺栓，鬆（sōng）開非驅動端軸承蓋螺母（mǔ）和連接螺（luó）栓；

    8、將軸承體退出（chū）凹槽，並（bìng）將轉子（zǐ）吊出泵體，平放在安全的地方（fāng）進一步（bù）拆卸；

    9、拆下非驅（qū）動端軸承的軸承體；

    10、鬆開並拆下圓螺母；

    11、從軸上拆下深（shēn）溝軸承、軸套；

    12、拆下軸承蓋；

    13、從軸套上拆（chāi）下擋水圈；

    14、拆下（xià）密封體（tǐ）、軸套；

    15、用橡膠榔頭（tóu）輕輕（qīng）敲擊葉輪（lún）輪轂將葉輪從軸（zhóu）上退出；

    16、拆下另一端軸套、密封（fēng）體，拆下聯（lián）軸器，拆下軸承體；

    17、鬆開彈性（xìng）擋圈（quān），退出深溝軸承。

    裝配（pèi）順序（xù）按（àn）拆卸順序相反（fǎn）進（jìn）行，但必須注意：

    1、安裝轉子時（shí）必須（xū）將軸放穩，所（suǒ）有的配合螺紋和間隙配合處都必須（xū）清洗（xǐ）並塗上裝配粘合劑；

    2、裝帶有間隙配合的葉輪時，應注意葉輪的轉向；

    3、深溝軸（zhóu）承須加熱後裝上軸(軸套)；

    4、為補嚐泵軸與軸上零件之間（jiān）由於熱膨脹（zhàng）產

    1. Close the suction and delivery gate valves and drain the pump by opening the drain plug;

    2. Remove any pipes between additional equipment and the pump;

    3. Remove coupling guard;

    4. Loosen and push back the seal cover;

    5. Undo flange screws and release the upper casing half from the lower casing half with the aid of the forcing screws, remove with lifting gear and store in a safe place.

    6. In case of oil- lubricated pumps,  drain off the oil;

    7. Remove the screw connection between bearing housing and bearing brackets. Also undo the nuts and bolts which secure the bearing cover;

    8. Press the bearing housing out of the recesses and lift the rotor upwards out of the lower casing half. For further disassembly,  place securely in horizontal positon.

    9. Pull off the bearing housing of the fixed bearing(opposite the drive end).

    10. Undo and twist off the grooved nut.

    11. Remove the deep groove ball bearing with bush from the shaft.

    12. Remove bearing cover.

    13. Remove block water ring from shaft-protecting sleeve;

    14. Remove shaft seal housing;

    Pull off shaft protecting sleeve;

    15. The impeller located with sliding fit on the shaft and can normally be removed easily. In case of difficulty,  it can be loosened by gently tapping with a plastic hammer;

    16. Remove second shaft protection sleeve complete with the shaft seal housing,  if fitted. Remove couping half and pull off deep groove ball bearing;

    17. Pull off bearing housing. Remove circlip and pull off deep groove ball bearing.

    Reassembly is effected in reverse order to; dismantling, but must give your attention to:

    1. For assembling the rotor,  position the pump shaft securely. All fits, threads and sliding fits of the shaft must be cleaned and coated with assembly paste;
